PARAGRAPH was founded by Steve Arora in partnership with the Muga family, bringing together an international business perspective, generations of Spanish winemaking heritage, and the expertise of acclaimed winemaker Duncan Shouler. Launched with a simple but ambitious philosophy—to redefine what fine wine can be without alcohol.
PARAGRAPH begins with premium wines from expressive, high-altitude Spanish vineyards and carefully preserves their structure, balance, and character through gentle alcohol removal. At its heart is the belief that great wine is not defined by what is taken away, but by what remains: the experience, craftsmanship, sense of place, and pleasure of sharing a thoughtful glass of wine.
