All grapes macerated together for around 12 hours before a temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel.
Classic clarete style Rioja rosé wine. Originally, this was produced by saignée but they changed the method in order to more authentically represent Rioja tradition. Salmon colored, notes of red berries, pomegranate, and strawberry. Refreshing and lively acidity.
