Comments

CLAROR is the first biodynamic cava. CLAROR is a synonym of purity. This is the maximum expression of Mediterranean cava, the traditional penedès varieties, and the intensity of the old vines. A terroir driven, subtle, and complex Gran Reserva. TA: 6.1 g/L. RS: 0 g/L. A phenomenal aperitif or perfect to pair with Spanish rice dishes, fish, oysters, white meat, and goat cheeses. One of the few designated "Cavas de Paraje," the highest quality designation a Cava can achieve.
